I had visited your restaurant back in Jan 2010 and had good time. On good Friday (2012) I decided to treat my family. We'were very dissapointed with almost everything. First, the 'young' waiters lack experience, not clearing tables, serving table half-ware, no seating/receiving guests etc. The buffet was going for KSh1,800 and it was horrible-only 2-3 options, no proper fruits, deserts. I wanted to oder alacate menu, I wasn't it will take an 2 hours and some of it wasn't available. With all frustrations, I asked thrice to speak to a Manager/supervisor, waiters I talked to refused to call him/her. With that experience I told myself and others I wouldn't visit or even recommend anyone to your restaurant, everyhting was just horrible. I DIDN'T GET VALUE FOR MONEY.

The last time i checked, excellent service, food and ambience. But you need to start paying your staff! Had a chat with one and that was his only problem.

The setting of this restaurant overlooking Nairobi National Park is unmatched, if only we could say the same of the service. Well-trained staff could take this restaurant to the next level. For the times i've been there coincidentally during busy periods, they seem to get overwhelmed and are not coordinated in how to serve! Overall however i would recommend it!

I experienced dinning at your restaurant back in 2008, it was my sister-in-law birthday, we had come the whole family including my grandmother and the service rendered was excellent,the food as well as service, i think the name of the lady who served us is Faith, she was very courteous and offered a recommendable service. I do hope you have maintained the good service to date. I recommend people to dine at your restaurant keep up the good work.
